Worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Just do a bit of research on the company and you will see many honest reviews from third party review sites.

My couch cover has not shipped in over 6 weeks of waiting. Support was initially responsive than dropping off to silence. Support would not verify any information about the order beyond "it is delayed" and would offer discounts but no clarity on the details.
I can't help but feels like the company is financial trouble or something more nefarious.

The quality is very good and the size fits my large dogs. They love it and share the bed. I guess I may need to order another so they don't need to share. Recommended to all.

I have been looking for sofa covers for a while when these popped up on my Instagram. Loved the look of them so ordered in blue, they arrived fairly quickly as they came from China which I hadn't realised. Very pleased with them , they look lovely on my sofas and would buy again when needed.
This is my second purchase of the sherpa cover, they are excellent & wash brilliantly, also brilliant service from funny fuzzy
Well built and looks great. I use it as a stool sometimes and my dog uses it as ramp. Works like a charm.
Love it overall but it was slightly tricky getting it on my sectional. Still worth it!
