I already tested this product and I can say that it's awesome my dog was really safe with this life jacket. According size recommendations dog should be fit with XS but I bought S and it was really comfortable and secure for him.
I think my dog actually thinks he's the captain when he's wearing this vest! You can tell that he knows he's someone special when wearing it! LOL!
