Don't judge the quality until you've thrown it in the dryer. Straight out of the vacuum packaging it looked a bit wrinkled and deflated. Once I took it apart and let it sit in the dryer for 20 minutes, all of the wrinkles were gone and the donut bed puffed up and looked much more full.
It's already the bed of choice for our Shiba and our two cats. Hopefully one day I'll see them all share it together.
